Having an Event & Looking to Collaborate?

At Apple Annie’s Bake Shop, supporting our community has always been one of our core values. Each year, we proudly contribute thousands of dollars in products and support to local schools, nonprofits, military organizations, first responders, charities, and community events. Requests are accepted based on our budget and the discretion of our team. We choose to work with partners who align with the core values of our business and causes close to the hearts of our team members!

Partnership Tiers & Reciprocity Expectations

We value every organization and event we support and appreciate the opportunity to give back to our community. In return, we ask all agreed-upon recognition opportunities are fulfilled as outlined above. Failure to provide the requested recognition or promotional support will impact eligibility for future donations, sponsorships, or partnership opportunities with Apple Annie’s Bake Shop. 

We kindly require the following:

  • One social media tag/mention prior to the event
  • Recognition on event signage & printed materials if applicable
  • Inclusion on donor/sponsor listings & website if applicable
  • At least 1 photo of any product donated with guests of the event shared with us
  • Permission to repost event photos or promotional content

We kindly require:

  • A minimum of 2 social media menitons/tags (1 pre-event and the other either during or after)
  • Logo placement on event signage, website, and/or printed materials
  • Recognition during the event if applicable
  • Inclusion in event newsletter e-mails and/or event communications when possible
  • At least 2 photos of any donated products with event participants
  • Provide us with event photos and permission to share and repost and event images and related content

We kindly require:

  • 3+ social media mentions/tags across at least 2 platforms before, during, and after the event
  • Prominent logo placement on event signage, promotional materials, and website
  • Verbal recgonition during the event when possible
  • Opportunity to provide branded materials or promitonal items
  • Professional event photos including any products shared for our own marketing use
  • Inclusion in post-event recap and thank you communications

Timing Needs

As a small business, we have a small staff who work very hard in their skilled crafts! Changes to production volume and distribution of other resources require careful planning. Because of this, requests must be made at least 8 weeks in advance of the event date. Any requests with less than 8 weeks notice will not be accepted.
