Local Pickup
Our products are baked fresh daily without preservatives and should be consumed within 1-2 days of purchase. Most items can be frozen for later enjoyment — please ask our team if you have any questions about specific items.
If your cake includes a printed image, do not refrigerate it before serving, as this can damage the image. You can refrigerate any leftovers afterwards. For cakes or cupcakes that are refrigerated when you pick them up, please take them out 30 minutes before serving to allow the buttercream to come to room temperature.
Placing your your order as soon as possible is suggested to ensure your desired date is available. For holidays and busy weekends (such as graduation) we suggest ordering 4-6 weeks in advance, due to dates filling up. A minimum of 24 hours is required when ordering most custom cakes, but may be longer depending on the complexity of the decoration.
We offer local delivery throughtout Wilmington. We require delivery on cakes that are 3 or more tiers. Please call that store directly to inquire about delivery fees and available zip codes.
At Apple Annie's Bake Shop, we take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Please be aware that our bakery processes items that contain common allergens, including soy, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, flour, and wheat. While we strive to maintain strict cleanliness and avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of these allergens

Shipping
All of our delicious products ship directly from our bakery in Wilmington, NC.
Our handcrafted products are all freshly prepared and a majority are then flash frozen to maintain peak freshness. Our thoughtful, insulated packaging not only promises to keep your treats at the perfect temperature, but can also be reused and recycled in a number of different ways.
The price of the item includes nationwide shipping costs.
Each item comes with instructions on how to store and serve your treats.
We do not accept returns on food products, however we have taken great measures to ensure your order will arrive in pristine condition.
